Turmeric Cashew Sauce

This Turmeric Cashew Sauce is creamy, sweet and savory with fresh mint, mango, Turmeric, Cashews and a pinch of orange zest.

1 cup Navitas Organics Cashews

½ Tbsp Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder

2 cups frozen Mango, defrosted

4 fresh Mint Leaves

1 Tbsp Orange Zest

¼ tsp Sea Salt

¼ tsp Pepper


Soak 1 cup of Cashews in boiling hot water for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse, then pat dry.
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until well combined and creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with salad or crudites.
