Superfood Pumpkin Spice Latte

This deliciously decadent and healthy version of everyone's favorite fall beverage is loaded with antioxidant-rich superfoods and warming spices.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup Navitas Organics Cashew Nuts
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup fresh Brewed Coffee
  • 2 tsp Navitas Organics Coconut Palm Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/2 tsp Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1 pinch Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Honey + Coconut Whipped Cream for topping (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
Pour mixture into a mug and enjoy!
Optional: Top with a drizzle of honey, a pinch of cinnamon or a dollop of whipped coconut cream.
Makes 1 Serving
