Lucuma Yogurt with Fresh Fruit & Coconut

Once you've made the simple Lucuma yogurt base, the toppings are very flexible! Try healthy nuts like almonds or cashews for a little crunch (Navitas Organics Maca Maple Cashews are particularly superb), and sweeten with fresh fruits like blueberries or figs. If you prefer a sweeter yogurt, add additional syrup.

1½ cups unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk Yogurt

2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Lucuma Powder

1 very ripe Banana, quartered

1 cup Fresh Figs, sliced

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup, to taste

Pinch Sea Salt

2 Tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Shreds

¼ cup chopped Nuts or Seeds


To a blender, add the yogurt, Lucuma Powder and banana. Blend until smooth.

In a bowl, combine the figs, syrup and pinch of salt.

To serve, divide the yogurt amongst two bowls. Top with the fig mixture, coconut shreds and chopped nuts.

Yogurt can be stored for up to 3 days, covered and refrigerated.
