1/4 cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice (about 2 lemons)

1/4 cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries

25 drops Liquid Stevia (or sweetener, to taste)

Pour the lemon juice, Goji Berries and Stevia into a quart-sized mason jar.

Fill the remainder of the jar with water and stir to combine. Alternatively, mix the ingredients in a pitcher with 4 cups of water.

Let the lemonade sit for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the Goji Berries to swell and sweeten the lemonade. Serve over ice.

Makes 1 quart / 4 servings
