A refreshing ginger mint matcha cocktail made with Navitas Organics Matcha Powder, garnished with fresh mint leaves and lime

Ginger Mint Matcha Cocktail Recipe

This sweet, spicy and deliciously balanced cocktail is brimming with flavorful superfoods, natural sweetness and an abundance of antioxidants for a healthy twist on the traditional cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

2 tsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder

1 Tbsp. fresh sliced ginger, or 1 tsp. ground ginger powder

2 limes, juiced

2 tsp. honey

¼ cup fresh mint leaves

2 cups filtered water

3 ounces gin*

½ cup ice

DIRECTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, combine the matcha powder, ginger, lime juice, honey and mint leaves.

Muddle well to release the aroma and flavor of the mint leaves and ginger.

Next, add filtered water, gin (if using) and ice to a cocktail shaker, and shake well.

Strain and pour into two cocktail glasses, and serve with a sprig of mint and a lime slice as a garnish.

*Note: For an alcohol-free version, replace gin with 2-3 ounces of ginger- or lemon-flavored kombucha.
