Ginger Mint Matcha Cocktail

This Ginger Mint Matcha Cocktail is filled with some of our favorite superfoods, naturally sweetened and loaded with antioxidants for a healthy twist on a traditional cocktail.

2 tsp Navitas Organics Matcha Powder

1 tsp ground Ginger Powder (or 1 tsp fresh sliced ginger)

Juice of two fresh squeezed Limes

2 tsp raw Honey

¼ cup Mint Leaves

2 cups filtered Water

3 ounces Gin*

½ cup Ice


In a cocktail shaker, combine the Matcha Powder, ginger, lime juice, honey and mint leaves.

Muddle well to release the aroma and flavor of the mint leaves and ginger.

Next, add filtered water, gin (if using) and ice to cocktail shaker, and shake well.

Strain and pour into two cocktail glasses, and serve with a sprig of mint and a lime slice as a garnish.

*Note: For an alcohol-free version, replace gin with 2-3 ounces of ginger- or lemon-flavored kombucha.
