Double Chocolate Salted Freezer Fudge

INGREDIENTS

Fudge:

2 scoops Navitas Organics Protein & Greens Essential Blend

1 cup Almond Butter

½ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Butter

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

¼ cup Maple Syrup

¼ tsp Sea Salt

Optional: ¼ cup crushed Navitas Organics Cashews

Chocolate Topping:

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Butter

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

¼ cup Maple Syrup

DIRECTIONS

In a small sauce pan over medium heat, combine all fudge ingredients except for the Protein & Greens Essential Blend.
Whisk batter consistently until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and a thick batter forms.
Remove batter from heat and stir in Protein & Greens.
Next, place a sheet of parchment paper in a standard loaf pan and pour batter into pan. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
To make the chocolate topping, combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk well and then remove from heat.
Once fudge has hardened, remove from freezer and slice into squares.
Top each piece of fudge with a dollop of chocolate topping and sprinkle with crushed Cashews and sea salt.
Place fudge back in the freezer and allow the fudge to harden for an additional 2 hours.
Store in the freezer and serve immediately before eating.
