Colorful Coconut Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding is one of the easiest ways to start your day and playing with the fun colorful toppings is like playing with candy! Make it ahead of time for busy days or slow mornings and add the toppings once you’re ready to enjoy this healthy alternative to oats or cereal.

1 ½ cup Coconut Milk

3 tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

Fresh Blueberries

Navitas Organics Goji Berries

Navitas Organics Mulberries

Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs


In a mason jar, add coconut milk and Chia Seeds, stirring immediately with a fork.

After one minute, stir again, as Chia Seeds will settle and clump.

Once mixed, place the lid on the jar and refrigerate for 10 minutes (or let sit overnight and use when ready).

Top with all of the remaining colorful, superfood ingredients and ENJOY!
