Basic Chia Pudding

Everyone loves pudding! Lose the full fat‚ sugar‚ and artificial ingredients of this favorite treat by choosing Chia pudding.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
1 ½ cup Milk of choice
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or desired sweetener to taste)
2–3 Tbsp Navitas Organics Cacao Powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Stir in Chia Seeds with milk of choice in a container with a lid. Add sweetener. For chocolate Chia pudding‚ add Cacao Powder. Cover and shake until well combined. Let sit for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with your favorite topping.

Makes 3-4 servings
