Adaptogenic Matcha Latte

Adaptogens like Maca make great natural remedies for countless physical and mental problems. They can be easily incorporated into a variety of smoothies, baked goods, soups and lattes like this recipe that also incorporates mood-balancing Matcha.

1 cup Cashew Milk

1 cup Hot Water

1 tsp Navitas Organics Matcha Powder

2 tsp Navitas Organics Maca Powder

1 tbsp Coconut Butter

1/2 tsp Vanilla

Honey or Agave, to taste (optional)


Boil hot water and let it sit until it cools down slightly.
Add all other ingredients to a blender and blitz on high.
Add hot water to the blender and blitz once more.
Sweeten to taste and enjoy!
Makes 2 Servings
