MULBERRY

The beloved raisin has a

little healthy competition.

This satisfying superfood

brings a boatload of vitamins,

minerals and antioxidants to

every bite.

SUPER BENEFITS

Lower in sugar and higher in vitamins, antioxidants and essential minerals than the fan-favorite raisin, mulberries are an easy swap anywhere you traditionally enjoy dried fruits. Packed with fiber, they also contain the highly sought-after protectant, Resveratrol.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE MULBERRIES

Subtly sweet with a satisfying bite—they’re similar to dried figs in their flavor and chewiness—Navitas Organics Mulberries are a great anywhere, anytime snack. We choose the white berries for their increased nutrient density, but mulberries also have black and purple berry variations.

Mulberries can be found in many parts of the world nowadays, but they originated in the Far East along the Silk Road from China to Turkey. As the silkworm’s food of choice, mulberry trees flanked the famous route that traded goods and culture between China, the Subcontinent, Persia, Europe, the Horn of Africa and Arabia, opening long-distance political and economic relations between the civilizations. Today, many people have mulberry trees in their yard or neighborhood.

Product of Turkey

Navitas Organics Mulberries are organically grown on the ancient fertile plains of Turkey, where they have been sustainably harvested for thousands of years. In keeping with tradition, the fruit is shaken from the tree and only the premium berries are selected. The white berries are then naturally allowed to dry in the sun to an ideal moisture level that creates their perfect chewy texture. To keep them as pure as possible, we choose to keep them unsulfured.
