Sake Sangria Recipe

Instead of using wine‚ this sake takes advantage of the refreshing nature of cold sake (rice wine). Combined with ginger kombucha‚ sweet goji berries‚ and juicy mangos‚ this easy recipe makes an incredible cooling cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups frozen Mango chunks
3 Tbsp Navitas Organics Goji Berries
1 24-ounce bottle cold Sake (rice wine), chilled
1 16-ounce bottle Ginger Kombucha

DIRECTIONS

In a pitcher, combine the mango chunks, goji berries and sake together. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until the mango has softened and the goji berries have become saturated and plump. Just before serving, stir in the kombucha,and serve with plenty of ice. Will last for several days, refrigerated.
