Chia Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS

3 ripe bananas

3 organic eggs

½ cup almond butter

¼ cup coconut sugar

1½ Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

1½ cups almond flour

¼ cup tapioca flour

1 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. baking soda

½ cup chocolate chips of choice

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, smash bananas. Add eggs and almond butter and whisk until mixed well. Add chia seeds and let sit for about 10 minutes.

Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix well.

Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into loaf pan. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips and bake for about 1 hour.

Let cool before slicing and enjoy!
