Avocado Hummus Recipe

This delicious hummus is not only super creamy with a rich umami flavor, but it's also jam-packed with minerals and micronutrients, thanks to the addition of Superfood+ Sea Veggie Blend. It's the perfect refreshing dip for your favorite veggies, crackers or pretzels.

INGREDIENTS

1 can chickpeas
1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Sea Veggie Blend
2 avocados
2 Tbsp. tahini
Juice of ¾ lemon
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
Optional Toppings:
Olive oil
Paprika
Chickpeas
Pine nuts

DIRECTIONS

Boil chickpeas in 1 tsp. baking soda for 20 minutes to make it smoother, then rinse (optional).
Add chickpeas (reserve some for topping) with remaining ingredients, except for toppings, into a blender, and blend until creamy.
Garnish with your toppings and serve with some pita chips, veggies, pretzels or crackers!
