You've Met Your Matcha Balls

These delicious whole-food nutrition Matcha bites are gluten free, vegan and paleo friendly, and make the perfect pre-workout or anytime snack.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup coconut butter

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup raw Brazil nuts

1/2 cup Navitas Organics Whole Cashews

1/2 cup raw unsalted almonds

2 tbsp Navitas Organics Matcha Powder

1 scoop Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend

1-2 scoops Navitas Daily Superfood Focus Boost, optional

1 tsp cinnamon

5-6 Medjool dates, pitted

DIRECTIONS

Add pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts, Cashews and almonds to your food processor, and pulse to a coarse nut meal texture.

Add in coconut and pulse or process until you reach your desired consistency.

Add Matcha, Essential Blend, cinnamon and optional Superfood Boost, and pulse to combine.

Add dates and process until well chopped, and you have a consistent texture.

Melt the coconut oil and coconut butter, and pour into the food processor. Process until mixture comes together, scraping down the sides as needed.

Scoop or roll into balls, or place in the refrigerator to chill for 10-20 minutes to make rolling into balls easier. Place on a plate in the refrigerator to set before moving to an airtight container.

Store in the refrigerator or freezer for longer storage. Enjoy straight from the refrigerator or let them warm up a little before eating!
