Vegan white chocolate bark made with Navitas Organics goldenberries, goji berries and hemp seeds

Vegan Superfood Bark Recipe

A deliciously festive and oh-so-creamy white chocolate treat decorated with sweet, nutrient-dense toppings that will delight all your holiday party guests.

INGREDIENTS

1 bag vegan white chocolate chips

1 Tbsp. coconut oil

½ cup dried cherries, roughly chopped

½ cup pistachios, roughly chopped

½ cup sliced almonds

½ cup Navitas Organics Goldenberries

½ cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

DIRECTIONS

Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.


Combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave chips for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until smooth.


Once melted, spread it out in an even layer on your prepared baking sheet, and sprinkle the ingredients on top. 


Refrigerate until firm then cut to desired size.

Makes 15-20 pieces
