Superfood Cashew Butter

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups Navitas Organics Cashews

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

1 tsp Navitas Organics Lucuma Powder

1 tsp Navitas Organics Maca Powder

½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

Pinch Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

Pour the Cashews into a food processor and process on high until smooth, about 5-10 minutes, depending on the strength of your food processor. Pause every few minutes to scrape down the edges.

Once the Cashews have turned into butter, blend in the melted coconut oil, Lucuma, Maca, cinnamon and sea salt.

Transfer to a small jar or air-tight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
