Spring Immunity Tonic Recipe

Spring is the season of new beginnings! Not only is it the perfect time to clean out your home, but it’s also an opportunity to cleanse your body. Enjoy this refreshing superfood tonic to boost your immunity and help break up congestion in the body that can occur during the months of spring.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups water

Juice from half a lemon

1 Tbsp. manuka honey

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder

Few drops juiced ginger, or 1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger 

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Immunity Blend

¼ cup fresh mint leaves

DIRECTIONS

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.

Pour into a glass, garnish with fresh mint and a lemon wedge, and serve cold.
