1 cup + 1 Tbsp Blanched Almond Flour, divided

1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Gelatinized Maca Powder

½ tsp Navitas Organics Camu Powder

¾ tsp ground Cinnamon, divided

¼ tsp ground Cardamom

1/8 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

½ cup (packed) pitted Medjool dates (about 7-8 large dates)

½ cup raw Pecans

1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Lucuma Powder

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor, combine 1 cup of almond flour, Maca Powder, Camu Powder, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, cardamom, and salt. Blitz to combine. Add the vanilla and dates, and process into a sticky dough. Add the pecans and process until crumbled.

In a small bowl, mix together the Lucuma Powder, 1 tablespoon almond flour, and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon. Scoop up a tablespoon of the dough mixture, form into a ball and roll in the Lucuma Powder mixture to coat the exterior. Repeat with remaining balls. Stored at room temperature, powdered doughnut bites will last for several weeks.
