Key Lime Pie Smoothie

Heavy on greens and lighter on fruit for a low-sugar treat, this dessert-like smoothie is surprisingly rich in whole-food nutrients.

INGREDIENTS

1 Handful Fresh Spinach

2 limes, flesh only (rind + peel sliced off), + 1 tsp Zest

1 scoop Navitas Organics Vanilla + Greens Essential Blend

1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt

1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

1 tsp Navitas Organics Matcha Powder

1/4 Avocado

2 tsp Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

1 tsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

1 scoop Navitas Organics Wellness Boost

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Ice

Toasted Coconut Flakes, for topping

DIRECTIONS

Toss all ingredients except for the flaked coconut into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
Add ice to adjust consistency as needed, blending again until all chunks are blended.
Pour into a glass and top with coconut flakes.
