Key Lime Pie Smoothie Recipe

Key Lime Pie Smoothie Recipe

You'd never guess this dessert-like smoothie was heavy on greens and light on fruit, thanks to its decadent, creamy flavor. It's also surprisingly rich in whole-food nutrition, with an abundance of healthy fats, antioxidants, fiber and more.

INGREDIENTS

1 handful fresh spinach

2 limes, flesh only (rind and peel sliced off)

1 tsp. lime zest

1 scoop Navitas Organics Vanilla + Greens Essential Blend

½ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder

¼ avocado

2 tsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

½ tsp. vanilla extract

Ice

Unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted, for topping

DIRECTIONS

Toss all ingredients except for the coconut flakes into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.

Add ice to adjust consistency as needed, blending again until all chunks are blended.
