INGREDIENTS

Chia Pudding:

2 tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

1 cup Cashew Milk*

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Apple Pie Compote:

1 – 2 apples, peeled and diced

1 tbsp Navitas Organics Coconut Palm Sugar

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Water

Topping:

Navitas Organics Goji Berries

DIRECTIONS

For the Chia & Hemp Seed Pudding, combine all ingredients and mix well to get rid of any seed clumps. Cover and let sit in refrigerator for a few hours to form a thick, pudding-like consistency.

For the compote, combine all ingredients into a medium pan and stir. Bring to a light simmer and let apples cook and soften, or until all the liquid has evaporated and reduced.

Place the seed pudding in a bowl and top with the apple pie compote.

Sprinkle Goji Berries as a garnish and enjoy this little taste of Fall!

* I made my own using Navitas Organics Whole Cashews + water!
